The Ibis Creative Coven will host round tables, where we can come together in small, private, VIRTUAL, sessions and talk about the wins and losses of being a bartender, line cook, host, server, food runner, bar back, and every other role we have played working in “The Industry”.

Then, the magic continues! We will take YOUR stories, write, weave and workshop an original script entitled GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED, and produce it, LIVE, this summer, RIGHT HERE on The Ibis Website!

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, from Drinks to Dessert, so you can see how art can take a Recipe for Disaster and turn it into a Gourmet Dish!
